Hi I’m Ian Waring owner of the Hearing Expert Wirral. It’s great to meet you.

Ian WaringYou’re in qualified hands

I qualified as a Hearing Aid Audiologist in 1995 with The Hearing Aid Council then became a member of BSHAA (British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists) and the HCPC (Health Care Professions Council) and undertake continuous professional development. I have worked with multinational companies, high street retailers and charities opening hearing centres, training staff and delivering hearing instruments. This has given me considerable insight into the hearing industry and a wealth of experience that enables me to deliver the service that patients seldom find in, what is often, just another retail environment.

The consistency you’ll get at the Hearing Expert

When you decide to come to Hearing Expert you’ll notice that we are able to offer consistency when very few providers can. I am your first and only point of contact and I will see you through the journey to better hearing.  If you’ve ever visited a high street chain you’ll understand the importance of this point. It can be frustrating to constantly have to retell your problem to different people every time you visit. With Hearing Expert your problems are resolved by me, ensuring patient satisfaction is guaranteed.

Independent, unbiased & local

We are the only independent hearing aid provider on the Wirral.  We are free to choose the latest and best technologies from all the world’s leading manufacturers. Having this flexibility means we can respond quickly to new technologies introduced to the marketplace and assess their benefit and relevance.   For the patient, this means getting the hearing instrument that suits their needs and ability.
