Ian examined my ear and, although it did not need wax removal, he advised me that it was inflamed but not infected and that I should see my doctor for some drops to reduce the inflammation. He even suggested a brand of drops. All this advice was very useful and he would not accept a fee. I attended based on the excellent service he had given my wife for wax removal. Really professional service and so quick and easy! After years of suffering with my ears getting blocked, I’ve had to wait ages in the past to get treatment through my GP, but this was so quick, painless and hassle free! So great to be able to hear fully again! I ended up getting both ears done as the other was blocked too even though I didn’t realise. Well worth the money. Would highly recommend.
